Delivery Policy
My House Kennels & Cubbies offer a reliable and affordable delivery service to all metro and regional locations within Victoria.
Please note that our delivery services do not operate on weekends or public holidays. Please be prepared for slight delays to your delivery around Christmas, Easter and public holidays.
My House Kennels & cubbies provide a delivery service for all Victoria. Once orders have been processed you will receive confirmation and time of the delivery.
How do I receive my orders?
Do I need to be Home for my delivery?
Yes, you certainly do or someone else can be at home to allow us to assemble your product. Unless you are happy for us to leave the product in front of the house at your own risk.
Once we arrive we will need a minimum of 30 Minutes to assemble.
Can I assemble the product without the help or need of the team?
Yes, you certainly can. BUT BE MINDFUL it will be your responsibility for any damages that were caused during installation/assembling. It will not be covered under the repair policy.
Do I need to do anything prior to the delivery arriving?
Yes, few things you do need to get ready prior to the delivery. They are:

Keep your pets (dogs) on a leash or have them put away at all times when we assemble the product.

Please have the flooring ready for where you want the product to be assembled and remove any obstacles that may block the way.

Please make sure your flooring is flat, otherwise, your product will not lay flat and will damage the product.

My House Kennels & Cubbies are not responsible neither will clean your area for the product location. It is your responsibility and for the safety of the team, they are there only to assemble the product.

Some products are heavy so please be mindful that you will need to advise our team if you need it assembled on a hill if you have a huge backyard. Otherwise, they will not be able to assemble it due to the risk hazards.

If the flooring is not cleaned and flat, the clear way is blocked or a very tight squeeze, pets have not been put away or on leash. or the area is not reasonably safe. The staff have the right to leave your product and not assemble it and it is your responsibility to assemble it.
Return & Exchange Policy
My house kennels & Cubbies exist for one purpose: to enrich the lives of pet owners and their pets, kids and the family. We make every effort to ensure that we carry a good range of products sourced from within Australia to meet your every need.
This policy has been established to give you the comfort of knowing that, subject to the conditions set out below, if any product you purchase from My house kennels & Cubbies is found to be defective, My house kennels & Cubbies will happily repair or replace the product.
What is my House Kennels & Cubbies refund policy?
If you bought the product online, and the product is defective or damaged in transit, return the product within 14 days and (provided we agree that the product is damaged or defective as outlined below) we will refund your original delivery charge or cover the costs of delivering any replacement product to you.
We will not, however, refund if the product is returned simply because you have changed your mind or the product is unwanted.
As part of any assessment, we look at the following:

If there is a minor fault: Where the product has experienced a minor fault and the product can be easily repaired, this will be carried out and the product returned to you within a reasonable timeframe. My house kennels & Cubbies and/or the manufacturer can instead decide to replace the product or repair it.

If there is a major fault: Where the product has experienced a major fault, you may choose to receive a refund, replacement, or repair.

If the product has been damaged through abnormal use: Unfortunately, My house kennels & Cubbies can offer a refund or replacement where the product has sustained damage due to abnormal use as identified by My house kennels & Cubbies. If repair is possible, it would be at your direction and cost.
